Institutional acts
Opening ceremonies
UPNA carries out, on an annual basis at the beginning of September, the University academic year opening ceremony. Likewise, every four years takes place in Pamplona the Campus Iberus academic year opening ceremony.
Distinguished alumni and Distinguished institution
Public University of Navarra annually holds the institutional ceremony to grant:
- Distinguished Alumni award
- Distinguished Institution award
During the same ceremony, UPNA pays tribute annually to:
- UPNA retired staff
- Members of the university community deceased during the previous academic year
- People who celebrate that year 25 years at the service of the institution
- assumption of their duties by members of the university teaching staff: Associate professors (tenured) and university full professors
