The Doctoral School of Navarre (EDONA) is the entity in charge of organising the teachings and activities typical of doctoral studies. Founded by Government Council Agreement on 8 May, 2012, since it was set up it has helped to educate more than 500 new doctors.

- 586students in academic year 2023-2024
Currently EDONA offers 16 doctoral programmes corresponding to the 5 fields of knowledge::
- Arts and Humanities

- Health Sciences
- Social and Legal Sciences
- Engineering and Architecture
Its major goals are:
- To create the right framework for its students to carry out quality research.
- To carry out a robust cross-disciplinary training to facilitate employment integration.
- To establish a community where doctoral students share spaces and activities.
- To promote national and international mobility of doctoral students, supervisors, and tutors.
- To engage administrations, companies, and institutions in school activities.
- To increase the number of doctoral students and research staff in training.
- To follow up the professional path of graduates.
